Chengdu Metro Line 27

Chengdu Metro Line 27 Project innovatively adopts EL display screen technology to overcome the shortcomings of traditional head-up display (HUD) glass, such as insufficient brightness and blurred display. The HUD function embedded within the glass interlayer is capable of displaying real-time vehicle speed, calendar, time, day of the week, metro logo, vehicle operation mode, and other information. It offers a strong sense of technology and boasts reliable product performance, meeting the service life scenario of over 20 years.

Technical Specifications:

Light Transmittance: Light transmittance > 80%, UV blockage > 99%, solar heat transmission < 76%

Thermal Insulation: K-value ≤ 5W/(m²·K)

Strength Performance: Testing conforms to the standards UIC-651 and TB/T 1451-2017.

Sound Insulation: In accordance with ISO 10140-2010 standard, Rw > 39dB

Glass Bonding: The sealing process conforms to DIN 6701 standard.
