Technical Specifications:

Sound Insulation: Weighted sound reduction index RW ≥ 36dB;

Thermal Insulation: Heat transfer coefficient K ≤ 3.5W/(m²·K);

Water Resistance: Under a rainfall intensity of 150L/0.35Mpa/15min, no water droplets shall appear inside the window when viewed from inside the vehicle;

Force Application for Opening/Closing Movable Windows: The total force required for assembling the window shall not exceed 80N, and the force after installing the window on the vehicle shall not exceed 100N;

Wind Pressure Resistance: The hollow glass structure window should meet a deformation pressure difference P1 of not less than 3000 Pa; and a safety pressure difference P3 of not less than 3500 Pa;

Airtightness: When the window is installed on a 1m³ sealed chamber and inflated to 2600Pa, the time taken for the pressure to drop from 2600Pa to 1000Pa should be no less than 210s;

Watertightness: Under a rainfall rate of 10 L/(m²·min), the leakage pressure difference △P should be no less than 500Pa;

Durability: Movable windows should undergo 3×10⁴ full cycles of opening and closing tests, during which the tilting or sliding mechanisms should not fail; the main components of the window should not deform or show signs of welding failure.
